September 27, 2022 DOT Issues Proposal Requiring Upfront Air Fee Disclosure By Donna M. Airoldi President Joe Biden announced Monday a new proposed rule that would require airlines to disclose upfront certain fees. The proposal "seeks to provide customers the information they need to choose the best deal."
