EU & Canada Shut Down Russian Access to Airspace
The European Union on Sunday suspended Russian access to its airspace as Russia continued attacks on Ukraine over the weekend. Canada also shut down its airspace to Russia. Though there was no scheduled service between the two countries, Aeroflot used Canadian airspace to reach U.S. markets. The U.S. has not commented on whether it will close airspace to Russia. This Is a Developing Story
